“People seem to lose faith so easily. Isn’t that the whole point of believing? Tomorrow always brings promises that today couldn’t make”
Jenna Gilbert
“Hopeful” by Thomas Mangelsen
“Unsuccessful, unhappy people think and talk about what they don’t want most of the time. They talk about their problems and worries and who is to blame for their situation most of the time. But successful people keep their thoughts and conversations focused on their most intensely desired goals. They think and talk about what they want and how to get it”
Brian Tracy
Sometimes things don’t work out
This doesn’t mean nothing will
One thing isn’t everything
Now isn’t forever even though it may feel like it
Give yourself time to see things clearly
What we feel isn’t always true
In time the disappointments will pass
Your feelings will change
Your life will be different
You will have new dreams
No matter how hard we try
We can’t hold on to today
It will pass
So we must hold its joys and disappointments
With open hands
Because they weren’t meant to stay
But to fill today’s purpose
Let go of your disappointments
So your hands will be free
To accept tomorrow’s blessings
Life is not just one day of your life
But all of your tomorrows
Each day has its own happiness
Enjoy today but then move on
To enjoy all of your tomorrows

I do! I’ve been the recipient of them and I’ve seen them. I know miracles exits.
I’ve read that all you have to do is believe, ask for a miracle and it will come. Miracles are like prayer. You have to ask and be open to them arriving. Maybe not the way you thought, but miracles the same. So I asked! Continue reading Do You Believe in Miracles?
Colonel Sanders was in his seventies when he started Kentucky Fried Chicken because he didn’t let age stop him from going after his dreams.
Just had a spotlight interview about my book… The subject came up about how middle aged and seniors today are lost and wondering what to do with the rest of their lives. This is the third time I have run into this surprising topic. However, as we age we have the most awesome wisdom to offer the world, many years of experience and mistakes out of the way, and middle aged people have the best opportunity to finally live their passion. Yet, people give up and feel it’s too late or some other unrealistic excuse that keeps them from going after what they really want. It’s never too late and we can go after what we really want at any age…so why wait? In my book I write about starting over at any age and the fulfilling meaning that comes from finally making a decision to do so. So to everyone out there who is young and you’re not sure of what you want to do, and everyone out there who is older and know what your talents and passions are, go after what your authentic self knows you are meant to do…now! We all have a talent and you find that talent through your passions. It’s never too early or too late to go after what makes you feel alive.
For me…the most important for us…try to find something we feel good about. When you feel good, all impossible becomes possible. Only believe. Manuel De Los Santos
I’ve often thought about how much opportunity we pass up when we judge people. Judgment is not necessarily based on fact. Judgment is not necessarily based on knowledge. Judgment is about opinion. And what if that opinion is wrong? Judgment is more frequently about criticism and fear than anything real. What if you just passed up the best opportunity you could have had at the moment because of a wrong opinion? Let go of judgment and give everything a chance.
