The Other Side of Fear
Fear
Our Deepest Fear
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually who are we not to be? When we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others” Marianne Williamson

Resistance to Fear
Most fears we have never happen, however, when we focus on them and hold tight to them, they have a way of manifesting themselves. So if you are going to give in to your fears you might as well open the door for them and invite them in.
“Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear” Mark Twain
“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself”
Franklin D. Roosevelt
Love
Love…We think about it, sing about it, dream about it, lose sleep worrying about it. When we don’t have it, we search for it; when we discover it, we don’t know what to do with it; when we have it, we fear losing it. It is the constant source of pleasure and pain. But we can’t predict which it will be from one moment to the next. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define, impossible to live without”
