The Power of Gratitude
We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. Being grateful for what we have and focusing only on that instead of what we don’t have has the Power to turn around our perception and our attitude. Think about all the things in life you are truly grateful for and I bet those things are what is most meaningful to you in life!
