Problems are more manageable than we admit
When life isn’t going well and you feel bad, make a list of good and bad in your life. Then change your mind and thinking about what you are feeling. When there is too much negativity, people allow the bad stuff to take hold and magnify in it their minds. Battle with yourself the good against the bad. Problems are more manageable than we admit. Ask: in the big picture, how important is this really? Then be grateful for what you have that matters and the problems will seem small.
